Dialogue between three people about healthy food or smoking or physical exercise

I spoke with Cody, a 18 year-old about their view on healthy food, smoking, and physical exercise. Cody states, “I think sticking to a health diet is key to a long and prosperous life. My family has a history of smoking and I have made it an ambition to be the first one in my lineage to steer away from tobacco. I do not work out as often as I should but I believe that physical exercise provides great benefits to your overall health.
