Sometimes seeing,Smelling, or touching things or people that arnt really there can be called Visual Hallucinations! If so,you should go see a doctor!

For paranoid,this might be caused by anxiety. I'm pretty sure I have it too! There are meds prescribed by your doctor to help with this! Anxiety affects,kids,teens and adults!

Somethings that can cause anxiety is a big event or even a buildup of smaller stressful life situations. Examples are, a death in the family,work stress/school,having to worry about finances ect..
