Honestly it could be rooted from mental illness so I’d go see a psychiatrist if you have any other symptoms of adhd, depression, anxiety, etc. But also who cares what people think! If they don’t like you they don’t like you you don’t gotta change for anyone! :) (brainliest?)

Communication. releasing emotions/feelings to someone you know you can count on. ; ) someone who may not understand but willing to listen.
