well honestly as someone that went through that its unhealthy to keep everything in so u shouldnt bottle everything like ur fear and overthinking. And i understand what ur going through and how theyll react to it. try talking to someone close to u if ur too scared to talk to ur parents/counselor abt it.like a friend :)
