first off im sorry for your loss everyone grieves differently but talking to someone you trust could help. I know the feeling and don`t feel bad when you are feeling sad it is ok to express your feelings

2 break up the project into simpler tasks.

3 prioritize tasks.

1 create an action plan.

4 delegate work\
