If your friend was bipolar how would you help them?

well coming from a bipolar person theres not really much you can help them with. you kinda just want to keep things going and with most bipolar people you have to talk to them every day. it makes them feel better and if you don't they might block you :/

i had an assignment in the biology course where i should write a few paragraphs about an experience. the teacher didn't give us a rubric. if i had one i could have paid closer attention to the criteria that has the highest scores. this could have improved my grade.
