How can I stop feeling so sad and anxious at the most random times of the day. I’ll just be sitting there watching a movie and smiling acting fine but really I can’t help but think about everything that’s wrong with me. And i absolutely despisE everything about myself in the past to an unhealthy level. People around me are always saying how my voice always makes me sound like I’m trying to hold back tears and how I never smile anymore. My family already knows I have anxiety issues because I get so anxious that I shake and can’t form sentances properly so when that happens they immediately shush up. But I just wish more people would be willing to look at me and not think that I hatE them and am ticked off. I want to be happy and have my sunshine again.

Do things that make you happy. You like drawing? Maybe draw about how you feel. For the anxious part, just try to ignore it. I believe you can get better or feel better. If you need to vent to someone, I'm all ears.

you gotta always put the reward points high. if you r question takes long to answer and the reward points is just 5, then almost nobody will likely want to answer your question.

also, if your question is unclear, lacks information, nobody gonna answer.

people prefer multiple choice the best, its easy and quick when multiple choices questions. if you have long sentence questions on stories, essay, etc., then you have to at least give them as much points as possible.

it kinda like bounty , the question with most reward prize and the easiest to pull off will get
