Case Study: You are treating a 14-year-old female. She has had ADHD since the age of 8 and is on Vyvanse 50mg daily. She complains about not being able to focus or get anything accomplished. Mother complains that her teenage daughter sits on her phone or computer and has no energy. The patient has been an A/B student but is now getting C's and D's. Her mother reports her daughter has lost 30 lbs, now weighing 95 lbs and is 5'6". The daughter wants to lose more weight. She also wants to have her Vyvanse increased, saying that is all she needs.
