Volleyball is a recreational and competitive multi-player game played between two teams. Currently, there are many different versions of the sport played around the world and it has been adapted to include players of all ages, abilities, and disabilities. Volleyball consists of 6 players on each team, in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth over a high net, trying to make the ball touch the court within the opponents' playing area before it can be returned.
