Please help quickly :) will give brainiest I need help writing a healthy 1-day menu that would be appropriate for a woman that is in her third trimester.
Please help with portion sizes too.

The menu must include:
Eight servings of grains (five being whole grain)
Four fruits (one high in vitamin C)
Five veggies (one high in folic acid and one high in vitamin A)
Three servings of protein (three ounces each)
Three servings of dairy
