3. Obtain the values of the multipliers (HM, VM, FM, DM, AM, and CM) using the task variables (H, V, F, D, A, and C). Each multiplier can be found in the table or can be computed using the appropriate formula.

4. Obtain the Recommended Weight Limit (RWL)

5. Obtain the Lifting Index (LI).
