Alcohol affect the communication pathways in the brain, making slower the reaction time to an external response, even we talk slower because of this obstruction cause by the excess of alcohol.

Too mucho alcohol intake affects the liver, causing hepatitis, fibrosis, and cirrhosis, which is a chronic condition. Also, alcohol can cause an excessive production of toxins in the pancreas, causing inflammation and swelling of the blood vessels, also known as pancreatitis.

According to the NIH, it was found that alcohol can lead to different types of cancer as liver cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, oesophageal cancer, and others.
