How to climb a rope on my gym test im just too fat?

First of all, love your body and who you are! Not everyone is built the same, or have the same abilities.
But the best way to climb a rope is to clamp onto it between your feet, hold on real tight with your hands, lean back, and move your hands to pull yourself before you move your feet. As you move your feet, spread your legs like a butterfly, pulling yourself up using your core and arms mostly. But once you have a good grip on the rope always lean your body back before moving.
