Do i need to lose weight? i weigh 135 pounds, and i'm 5'2. i eat pretty healthy, (i. e. lower carbs, saturated fats, sugars, .) and i excercise 4 days a week, so i am fit, but i still have extra jiggle. is it just society telling me that i'm a disgusting fatty, or should i try a more strict diet?
