How can a person maintain a healthy body image? what forces work to make people feel bad about their body images? < < read less

Iwant to be a vet, so i know a lot (i hope) about health, what makes someone feel bad when they see their body image, is that most of the time someone see's a photo of a celebrity and say's " i want to look like her/he" and then when he/her looks at themselves, they get sad and depressed, cause they cant be as fit or as beautiful as the celebrity,  and you can maintain a healthy body image by: not comparing yourselves to celebrities, and eating healthy (which also means staying in shape : )
