Hello well... EVERYONE I HAVE A IMPORANT QUESTION...sorry okay now that I got your attention how is hurting yourself self harm well umm bad like I don't know plz tell me you can tell me the comments or awnser can someone please give me a real answer it's not a Spam thing really..

First of all, this isn't in the regular format because it's not a regular question, but no harm no foul.

Self-harm may not be fatal in most cases, but it is terrible for you as a person. It can be a result of depression and a lack of self-worth, and it just escalates any bad things you feel about yourself. It drives you down a road that is hard to return from. It disconnects you from any friends or family you have contact with. I have personal experience with this, as one of my closest and dearest friends suffered painfully from self-harm and chronic depression. It will eventually kill you, one way or another, if left alone.

Don't leave it alone.

Talk to someone, anyone that can help, an adult or counselor if you are suffering from any kind of depression or are actively harming yourself. Don't ask people on for help with this, this is serious.
