So for example, avoid dairy(don't worry, they have invented vegan dairy products if you just google it lol) avoid all types of meat, so it's pretty simpleavoid all animal products. The good thing is that all your nutrition comes from plants. So you don't need to eat meat for protein, plants in themselves make healthy protein. So if that's what you want to do, GO FOR IT!
