How do you survive living with someone who is narcissistic and who is psychologically abusive...Any advice?​

by looking at someone you know and chat with them or look on something like a painting or anything then the person or bring a book with you and act like you reading something or think about something that you like so you can spaceout and not put attention to what is happening around you .
