Governing Laws: The governing law is the another factor which is to be considered, as in case of a dispute the laws of which countries shall be applicable as in case of a dispute which laws shall be relevant is important to be known. Method of settlement of dispute: This clause shall state that how the dispute amongst the parties shall be resolved; say in many cases the dispute is settled through the appointment of the Arbitrator
