Body positivity is something I have struggled with for the longest time and it is a struggle within ourselves that affects us a lot. But what I realized is everybody is beautiful in there own way. It may be your personality or it may be your looks and no matter what it is we need to learn how to accept who we are. Lets stop bringing people down because "they are too skinny" or "they are too fat". People will always judge us and that's ok because they might be having doubts themselves. Today I want you try and make peoples day. Try helping someone or just give a simple compliment! Everybody is uniqe and that is just alright we are made to stand out not to blend in with the crowd.
