Question 3. Is mental health really an issue with teens or are they more spoiled than teens of past generations?

I personally think that mental health is something everyone should take care of.

Mental health is definitely important and should be adressed. It's important to remember that teens struggle with a lot of problems, as do adults. The world has changed a lot in the past couple decades and that is without a doubt one of the causes that mental health problems have sky rocketed. There is so much social media, which can cause a unreasonable expectation of things. It can be very frustrating to see all these 'perfect' people on social media. There's also a pandemic going on right now and that's really hard for a lot of people. Mental health is just as important as physical health. It's difficult to not be able to do all the things you used to do. It can be hard to look on the bright side when all you ever hear/see are the bad side of things. Social media has a way of doing that. So I'd like to end this with saying, yes I do think mental health is an issue. Also, no teens are not more 'spoiled' than past generations I think the problem is that in the past decades everything has changed a lot from how it used to be. Hope this helps! <3
