Describe a method for training employees

Have them work with others that have been there for a while and that know what they are doing. Also team building things that let them get to know each other better works too. It would help new employees not feel as nervous if they know people there. It might also improve their performance. I also think training them before and after the store opens would help too.

Make them or try to get them to communicate with others. Be patient and yeah thats all i can think if sorry.have a good day
