On a scale of 1 to 10 of all health I would rate my life right now a 5. Everything is just extremely average. Corona has had a huge impact on my life. Because of it my mental, social, and environmental health have been at an all time low. I feel restricted and as if my life is in autopilot. I have never been a very spiritual person so I'll say that's normal but physically I have been lacking quite a lot, I've been eating poorly and not working out as much. This is how I feel right now.

10/10 recommend bring pads/tampons with you no matter what. im 16 & i’ve had mine since i was 12 and they’re still it regular, but id suggest using the glow app, many women use it for fertility reasons but i use mine specifically for the period tracking portion and it guesses when your next period will most likely be for the next two months. i dont believe theres any way to delay your period, so id say hope for the best but make sure to bring all of your stuff just incase. have a good cruise!
