Does anyone know a healthy easy way to lose weight? I want to lose about 15lbs, but I currently weight 115. I work out every day, and I have been consistently counting calories. I eat about 1,400-1,800 a day, and I haven't seen any progress. Any ideas? I also drink a ton of water. :)
