READ IF YOU ARE BEHIND OR STRESSED IN SCHOOL First off, you are amazing and you are worth it, your parents may not tell you but it is true and whatever is stressing you out I promise it will get resolved in the end, a glow stick has to break before it glows. Secondly, this is your life, if you have a goal and you are willing to work for it dont be stressed about missing an assignment, it wont matter if you work hard on everything else. Lastly, stand up, do it, comon, there you go! Now read this list below and do each step, I promise it will make you so much more exited and eager to do school:

1) Get anything dirty out of your site, you dont even have to clean it, just make sure it is behind you so there is a clean peacful space in front of you.

2) GRAB A SNACK! I dont care what ohters say about your weight, this YOUR body and if a piece of chocolate or chips make you happy GO EAT IT! Even the smallest bits of happiness count.

3) Get some music!! I suggest typing up slowed songs, songs that make you feel like the main character, or asthetic muic into ytube, the results always keep me happy!

4) You have to make a list, nothing crazy, just something so you know your priorities and it will help you stay on task.

5) Remove your phone. I know, it took me almost a year to get rid of it from my room but since than work has been SO MUCH easier without that temptation.

DAILY CHALLANGE (DAY:1)

Put something scented around you, lotion, essential oil, perfume, hand sanitizer, anything that smells nice will keep you relaxed and happy!
