Breathing problems I know this is not related to school or anything but it's late at night and I can't breathe.
Often times when I lay in bed I just can't breathe properly, almost like shortness of breath. I lay in bed trying and trying to get the right breath but often times it just dosent work. Its honestly very stressful because I'm up all night trying to breath and 5 hours later I need to wake for school. I want to fix this problem because it's not enjoyable.

i seriously had the same thing when i was younger i couldn't breathe at certain times and if i focused on my breathe i forgot how to breathe also if i took in deep breathes i would forget how to regulate it sometimes i would just have like breathing attacks where i would gasp for air for no reason i had to get an inhaler and i used it for a lil i'm better now but i still can breathe like a normal person lol

how are ethics and ethical behaviors regulated in the healthcare workplace? by establishing ethical standards and codes of ethics for employees to follow by prosecuting employees who do behave within the bounds of the law by creating a vision statement about the work that it hopes to accomplish in the future by setting up video monitors to watch how employees behave when no one is looking
