Mental health is as important as physical health because it keeps your whole body in check. Without your mentality in control, all other aspects of life begin to crumble. These can include motivation, effort, safety, and more. If one does not find a safe/ normal place within their mental health, no physical boundaries are broken or achieved since it is the very start of vulnerability in emotions, mood, and daily life.

Explanation:

A few ways to improve mental health may be to find ways to destress (self care day, set aside phone, do an activity you like) or interact with the people you care about (friends, family, partner).
