How do you deal with depression and sucidal thoughts ?

I was dealing with those things.. I was also cu˚ing.. so here are some things i reccomend

1. Therapy ( i do that )

2. I also went to a depresion room where you can talk to people that help ( you can look that up on the web it should pop up )

- that helped me with my cu˚ing

- also gave me solutions to help with my sucidal thoughts...

3. try doing things you love

4. listen to happy music ( i used to listen to sad, depresing music)
