im pretty sure this answer has to be based on your opinion but ill still help .  the junk foods i eat are things like chips, debbie cakes , sweets like that. how i can cut back on them is by setting a goal for myslef so i wont them as much or entirely at all . i would also reward myself by not eating as much junk food as i do now . like by myself a gift or something . hope that helped i guess .
