Stacy is wanting to lose 10-12 pounds by the summer time which is in 4 months. She wants to create a workout routine that she can easily follow. Exercises that she will do include riding her bike at a moderate intensity for an hour and or going to a body pump workout classes at the gym that is an hour long. She like the the workout classes because the classes are at a vigorous intensity. Stacy plans to workout at least 5 days a week to reach her goal by then end of the 4 months.
