The ABCDE model says :

1. Assess the problem :

In this step, we determine and think what the problem is.

2. Brainstorming :

In this step, alternative solution are taken into consideration.

3. Consider consequences

In this step, the result of every solution is assessed.

4. Decide and act ;

In this, the solution is decided and implemented.

5. Evaluate the consequences :

In this last step, the results obtained are evaluated.

Situation :

While choosing my next vacation destination. I first evaluated where i want to go on some hill station or some beach side area. Then i decided for beach side area and looked up for the options. After that i evaluated various factors like the cost of going there and the places to visit. Finally I decided Miami and after that went there and evaluated my experience.
