hello i found i way to build some muscle sit ups there not the regular sit ups so you want to get in a regular sit up pose do it like you are doing a regular sit up but when you go down DO NOT LET YOUR BACK TOUCH THE GROUND!!! DO AS MANY AS YOU WANT THEN THE NEXT DAY DO THEM AGAIN WHEN YOUR SORE TRY DO DO MORE THE NEXT DAY YOU DO IT SORRY FOR ALL CAPS
