bored. please help. Bored can cause bad health because when your bored you can do things you wouldn't normal do like a mistake. So please keep me away from boredom.

Although that is true it is also good sometimes to let your mind relax.

The amount of boredem that is needed is a lot and often time people catch themselves before they do something. It would require hours on end each day and a mix of depression to make a mistake. Instead I would suggest you take this time to relax and allow your mind to rest.
