.When we exercise, our bodies begin to heat up due to the amount of stress we place on our muscles and organs. For example, when we run, our heart must pump blood to our muscles faster than usual to give our muscles enough oxygen to perform the task we are wanting to perform. To supply our blood with the proper amount of oxygen our lungs must expand and work faster than usual as well. The stress placed on those two organs and the muscles involved in the exercise causes our body to heat up. Our body also has an organ that has the job of trying to cool our body down during exercise. Research which organ that is and explain to me what that organ does to cool our bodies off during exercise.
