dorsiflexion- upward movement used in calf stretches

inversion- foot twists inwards toward your inner opposite ankle

eversion- foot twists outward away from opposite foot

medial rotation- external rotation

lateral rotation- external rotation

Explanation:

when you rub, you also apply pressure, that pressure can urge the poop to come out. i think that when your rubbing, you also might be slightly breaking it up and that can further fill the stomach.  

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
