2.) 4 sets of 12 reps diamond push ups

3.) 4 sets of 12 reps wide push ups

4.) 4 sets of 12 crunches

5.) 4 sets of 12 sit ups

6.) 1-2 min planks

7.) 4 sets of 12 leg raises

8.) 4 sets of 12 shoulder taps
