Compare and contrast lifestyle choices that positively affect physical fitness with those that negatively affect physical fitness

Having a healthy, balanced diet certainly helps with physical fitness, while eating fast food and junk food affects it negatively. Working out increases your fitness while only sitting around or being lazy does not. Those are lifestyle choices that can easily be changed and adapted to. Getting enough of sleep can also help, while too little sleep would not help.

They might be white heads, basically pimples but you should ask your parents to check them out before it’s something bad.
