Why are feelings effecting people now then

What is one technique to a person get proper sleep? eat a heavy meal before bed. exercise intensely before bed. practice relaxation breathing before bed. use electronics before bed.

For my health class we were given a bunch of pictures of pregnancy tests for extra credit we have to say if they’re negative or positive. i can’t tell if this is a shadow or if it’s a faint positive
