How can teens model good physical fitness to other teens in their neighborhood?

teens can model good physical fitness to other teens in the neighborhood by asking them to join on a run, make them do push ups, or making them follow you around while you hold their phone in the air. (i did the last one to my little brother. he lost 20 pounds doing that lol)
