You're at a party and someone pressures you to take some ecstasy. what's the best way to say no?

To say no and if possible avoid those people or leave 

"Making excuses"
For example, Tell them you cant come home high or else your parents would kill you. 

Or.. Tell them you still need to study for some tests (which is impossible when under influence) 

Or say, sorry one second, and leave to the bathroom. (if its empty..) 

And lastly, if you know there are drugs at this party, sometimes its best to just NOT GO!

To check their medical records to see if they have had chicken pox before, if they haven’t, monitor their temperature, drink plenty of fluids, and stay away from small children and those who haven’t been exposed to chicken pox during the incubation period.
