Two examples of healthful behaviors that affect more then one part of health.

One example could be spending time with friends. This improves your social health, as you are positively interacting with others and can improve your mental and emotional health as you can talk after problems and friends help you feel better.

Another example could be exercising. Exercising improves your physical health by getting active. It also improves your mental and emotional health because it releases hormones that make you feel happier and more energized.
