Tips for how to study? i've been having panic attacks about grades. pls anyone help me?

Don't fear about grades. They are only grades. First when you come from school just relax for 10 to 15 minutes and then after having your lunch. Start your study don't think about it that you have to do all the work in just 2 hours . First pikup that subject that seems to be long and will conserve more time after finishing that homework. Just walk in the house or listen some music for 5 to 10 minutes. Then finish your easy subjects. Then you should do some exercise. Then if you have your test start preparing for it. After dinner don't study just sleep well. Wake up early morning and revise each and every thing that you have done yesterday. Revising in early morning will remember everything
