Harvey has his heart set on making the state finals for his track team in the 100 yard dash. Although Harvey knows there are many factors to improving his time and becoming an elite sprinter, one skill is paramount to his success. This skill is used at the very beginning of the race. There are many things u can do (trust me I do hurdles which is the same as 100m dash but u feel like u might die )

1. take a spike of caffine in a really high dosage 30 mins before running

2. Hyperventiate 5mins before the race (Ik it sounds dumb but what that does is forces ur body to complety max out on ocygen and makes u less tired from running full speed.

3. take a few hops before getting into the starting blocks becase this causes ur blodd to rush through faster

4. when the gunner say on ur mark be the LAST person to get down because the longer u wait crouched the more time ur blood has to pool in your body.
