This is more of a personal question. But if my knee has been swollen for 8 months and it hurts like 70% of the time since then does that call for an x-ray? Not too sure what caused it as I'm in the military and we do physics things almost 24/7.

decreased immunity (increased number of colds, and sore throats)

decrease in training capacity/intensity

moodiness and irritability

loss of enthusiasm for the sport

decreased appetite

increased incidence of injuries.
