The age group that I have communicated with the most should be older adults. This is because older adults are present in almost every sphere of life and acts as guides due to their rich life experience.

The two communication techniques include needing more time by them in helping them out in different assignments and chores. The other technique is a good rapport with them about life in general and taking some cue from past experiences and future plans.
