▪Water and food keep your body energized for the day, you may miss a meal in the morning but dont miss drinking water. Have you ever had a headache that completely came out of nowhere ? Yes. It came because of lack of enough water in your body. Am not sure how the brain uses the water but its a fact about the headache.

▪If our body was a child and if water was sugar, trust me all the sugar in the house would instantly dissapear hehe.

▪Instead you can add something like blended juice (yum yum hehe) i love blended juice besides it also contains water. : )
