It’s not possible to reduce reaction times by repeating the same systems of

movement over and over which is True and valid.

Repetition of a system over and over again increases the reaction time.This

is because as more activities are done, it tends to consume more time and

vice versa.

This therefore explains that it's impossible for reaction time to be reduced

with an increase in the work done which in this case is the repetition of the

system of movements.
