Technology helps people in many ways and make life so much easy and efficient. Technology has affected people's activity levels at home, at the workplace or in transportation. Technology has been proven to have a large impact on people’s physical health. Spending large amounts of a day glued to a screen can lead to a number of physical health problems such as diabetes, overweight, and heart disease. With the increasing everyday use of technology, the risks have never been greater.
The change has also freed up time that could be used for exercising. Reduction in the physical activities in doing the daily task has increased the opportunities for leisure-time sedentary activities, such as watching TV, using a computer and play video games.
