In Video 2, Mr. Matheny talked about making more "deposits” than "withdrawals” in your relationships.
Explain what he meant by this metaphor:

Helping out people rather than just sitting back and asking help for everything.  

Explanation:

Basically helping out your friends, or family with things they need help with.  Help others before you help yourself.

for respect usually. some people might be little awkward if you meet or some would be different. usually   you dont love people when you meet them depends on the type of person.
