Physical health can affect social health in one way which pertains to the self-esteem of an individual. an individual with poor physical health can have low self-esteem and in cases may be a prey of bullies which leads for him to be isolated from others and become aloof.

Physically active people are taking health care.
  They relax, rest and enjoy themselves more; they manage their stress better and are better prepared to cope with stress or emergencies when they arise or accrue.
Active people do not have the same lifestyle as inactive. They are generally more health conscious and quality of life. They care more about their food, their environment and they avoid certain habits that may be harmful or detrimental to health.
Being physically active regularly gives pleasure, generates greater confidence, a greater sense of freedom, a better listening alarm signals that our bodies or our minds can make and can help fight against isolation and loneliness.
